Vizor Vs Vortex - it's up next along with another Manta-based melee! - So to explain this picture: Vortex is a very usual character. In the fight comics, we've seen characters "sucking" power from another from all sorts of ways, and morph or expand for no reason other than... I wanted to. - But for some characters it's more apparent that they can do it whenever they want (like the shape-shifters such as Lee or Manta), but the 9 - 10 foot Vortex is a little different. Let me break it down for you:

Vortex has the ability to create a copy of herself, and whilst Vortex herself cannot shape-shift, she can shape-shift her copy or make it stronger with focus. However, as you might guess, the copy loses power depending on Vortex's stamina. - Additionally, Vortex's mind is not entirely on the level, and she has been known to argue with the copy she makes of herself. - It's definitely one of the strangest character abilities yet, and if you don't understand it, don't worry: just sit and watch the comic when it's out to realize that it never matters what you do or don't understand about Slam City's powers
